Shipping policy
Processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days; weekend/holiday orders the next business day. You get a confirmation email with tracking on dispatch.
Delivery & cost. Czechia: 2–4 business days. Rest of EU: 3–7 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and size. Free shipping over 1 500 Kč.
Bicycles ship partially pre-assembled in a protective box. Basic final assembly (bars, saddle, pedals, wheel) and a safety check are required before riding — we recommend a qualified mechanic. Instructions included.
Tracking. A tracking number is emailed on dispatch (allow up to 24 h to update).
Wrong address / failed delivery. Please verify your address. Parcels returned due to a wrong address or non-collection can be resent; extra charges may apply.
Customs & duties. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties/taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Lost/damaged in transit. Contact and we'll resolve it.
